Send to Chrome Extension

How to buy the product of an eBay order on Amazon yourself with the Send to Chrome Extension panel, which prepares the cart and the customer's address.

Before you start

• You have installed the Droopify Chrome Extension (How to install the Chrome Extension) and you are logged in to Amazon in the same browser.
• The order is for an Amazon product and is Pending and Not Monitored on the Orders page. The panel doesn't appear for AliExpress orders.
• The order is linked to the supplier product. If you see Synchronize Product, link it first: Synchronize Product.
• Check the address in the order details: it is the one the extension enters on Amazon.

Sending the order to the Chrome Extension

1. In the Status column press Purchase Product. Two panels open side by side: Send Automatic Order (Purchase Product) and Send to Chrome Extension.
2. In the Send to Chrome Extension panel press Send to Chrome Extension.
3. The Amazon cart of the order's region opens in a new tab and The order has been successfully sent to the Droopify Chrome Extension for automatic purchase. appears.
4. The extension adds the product with the ordered quantity to the cart and enters the customer's address. Check and confirm the payment on Amazon yourself.

What happens next

Sending to the extension doesn't change the order in Droopify: it stays Pending and Not Monitored until you connect it to the purchase made on Amazon. After paying, use Connect Order: from then on Droopify follows the status and the tracking number.

If you want Droopify to purchase and follow the order instead, use the other panel, Send Automatic Order.

Possible errors

If the cart opens but stays empty, check that the extension is installed and enabled in Chrome.
