The Orders page lists the orders received on the eBay stores you are viewing and lets you purchase them from the supplier, follow their shipping and manage them.

  • the custom tag and the AI label, if the listing has them.

Search and filters

In the search bar pick Search by: Order Title (at least 3 characters), Order ID (at least 6), Customer Name (eBay username, at least 3) or Supplier PID (at least 6). Except for the title, the search needs the full, exact value.

In Filters you find Order date, Supplier, Status, Feedback received, eBay Store, Monitoring, Supplier Account and Custom tag. Press Apply to filter and Reset to clear them. When you filter by Status, orders with a cancellation, a return or a dispute don't appear: you find them in Order Issues.

The table only counts the visible eBay stores, chosen in Switch eBay Stores (Switching visible stores). You can sort it by Date.

Cancel Purchase and Update Tracking don't open a popup: you find them in Purchase Product and Order details. If the automatic order fails, see The automatic order doesn't start.

Selecting several orders

Select the orders with the checkboxes on the left: the bulk actions bar appears at the top. If you change search, filters or sorting, the selection is cleared. If an automatic purchase is running for one of the orders, archiving and deleting are refused until it ends.
