Switch eBay Stores
The Switch eBay Stores popup decides which eBay store is the Main Store and which stores' data you see in the dashboard.
Opening Switch eBay Stores
- On a computer: click the store icons at the top of the side menu.
- On a phone: open the profile menu and tap Switch eBay Stores.
Popup fields
| Field | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Main Store | Default store used for the main operations: for example, it is the one suggested in Publish on when you create new drafts. You can search it by name |
| Visible Stores | The stores whose data, drafts, listings, offers, orders and messages you see. Under each store you see its eBay selling limits (Stock and Value). You can select them all at once |
Changing the visible stores
- Open Switch eBay Stores.
- Choose the Main Store and tick the Visible Stores.
- Click Save Changes.
"eBay store changes have been saved successfully." appears and the page reloads with the new stores. The choice applies to the browser you are using: on another computer or phone you need to repeat it.
What changes with the visible stores
- Home, Drafts, Inventory, Offers, Orders and Direct Messages only show the visible stores. If data is missing from a page, first check that all stores are visible.
- To create drafts in a store, the store must be visible: the Publish on (Create New Drafts) and Create drafts in (Winning Products) menus and the eBay store operation of the drafts bulk edit only list visible stores.
- The numbers next to the side menu items, instead, count all stores, including the ones that aren't visible.
