Connect Order
With Connect Order you connect an eBay order to an order you already placed with the supplier, so Droopify follows its shipping and sends the tracking number to eBay.
When you need it
Use it for orders purchased outside the automatic order: by hand on the supplier's website or with the Droopify Chrome Extension. Successful automatic orders are connected by Droopify itself; the cost is the same, 0.5 credits per order. If an automatic order doesn't get connected (it can happen, especially when Amazon takes a long time to validate the payment or the order), connect it yourself with Connect Order: you pay the same 0.5 credits, not more.
Before you start
- The order is Pending, Ordered or Shipped, has the Not Monitored label and is linked to the supplier product.
- For automatic monitoring you need the supplier account you made the purchase with, connected and active in Supplier Accounts; for Amazon, of the same region as the order.
- You have enough credits: the cost is written on the confirmation button.
Connecting an Amazon order
- In the Orders page press the green Connect button (link icon) on the order row. For Pending orders you also find Connect Order in the status menu.
- In Monitoring Type choose Automatic or Manual.
- With Automatic: pick the Amazon Account used for the purchase. Then paste the Amazon Order URL or pick the order in Select Order from History, which lists the account's recent orders.
- With Manual: only paste the Amazon Order URL.
- Press Confirm and pay … credits. The order has been connected successfully. appears.
Copy the URL from the order tracking page on Amazon: it must contain the order ID.
Connecting an AliExpress order
For AliExpress monitoring is automatic only.
- Press Connect on the order row.
- Pick the AliExpress Account used for the purchase.
- Enter the AliExpress Order ID.
- Press Confirm and pay … credits.
Automatic and manual monitoring

With manual monitoring, if you don't update the order for more than 24 hours a warning appears under the order; the panel warns that otherwise limitations will be applied to your Droopify account.
Order already marked as Shipped by hand
If you already marked the order as Shipped by hand (Set as Shipped), linking it does not convert the number already entered: Aquiline Tracking is created when Droopify sees the order go from Ordered to Shipped. Open the order details, press Reset Order (the order goes back to Pending and the tracking numbers are removed) and then use Connect Order.
What happens next
The label under the title changes to Monitored or Manual Monitoring and the order follows the updates described in Order statuses. Credits are only deducted if the connection succeeds. Tracking numbers and conversions: Purchase Product.
