Add or edit keywords

At the end of this procedure the new keywords (or the edited keyword) are in the Keyword Blacklist of one region and supplier of the eBay store.

Before you start

• Open the Keywords tab from eBay Stores > Edit > region > supplier. What keywords do is explained in Keyword Blacklist.
• The list applies only to that region and supplier.

Adding keywords

1. In the Keywords tab click Add Keywords.
2. In Action choose what happens when one of the words is found: Block draft creation or Remove the keyword from the text.
3. In Keyword list write one word per line. All words get the same action.
4. Click Add keywords. The button becomes active once you have written at least one word.

Words already in the list, or repeated in your list, are skipped and Some keywords were already present and were skipped: appears, followed by the skipped words. Upper and lower case don't matter: "Nike" and "nike" are the same keyword.

Editing a keyword

1. In the Keywords tab click Edit keyword on the row.
2. Change the Action or the word in Keyword list (a single line).
3. Click Save keyword.

What happens next

You go back to the list and 3 keywords added. Remember to save your changes. (with the number of words added) or Keyword updated. Remember to save your changes. appears.

The changes are not saved yet: click Save Changes at the bottom of the popup. If you close the popup first, the added or edited keywords are lost. Once saved, the keywords apply to the next drafts created for that region and supplier.
