Delete a template
At the end of this procedure the template disappears from the list in the Templates tab of an eBay store, for one region and supplier.
Before you start
- Open the tab from eBay Stores > Edit > region > supplier > Templates (Templates).
- The template saved as the one in use can't be deleted: choose another one first (or No template) and click Save Changes.
Deleting the template
- In the Templates tab click the delete icon on the template.
- Confirm template deletion opens with the question Are you sure you want to delete the following template? and the template preview: check it is the right one.
- Click Confirm deletion.
To go back to the list without deleting, click the arrow next to the popup title.
What happens next
The template is deleted right away, with no need for Save Changes: eBay store changes have been saved successfully. appears and you go back to the list.
Drafts and listings that used that template are left without a template: Droopify updates them automatically and it may take some time before all listings on eBay are updated. A deleted template can't be recovered: to use it again, create it from scratch (Create a template).
