Ask for Feedback in bulk

1 min read

With bulk Ask for Feedback you send the same feedback request message to the customers of several delivered orders at once.

Before you start

  • On the Orders page there are Delivered orders whose customer hasn't left feedback yet. To find them use the Status and Feedback received (Without feedback) filters.
  • For a single order you can use the button under the status: Ask for Feedback.

Asking for feedback on several orders

  1. Select the orders with the boxes on the left.
  2. In the bar that appears press Ask for Feedback. The Ask for Feedback popup opens.
  3. In the Message box check or write the text.
  4. Press Send Requests (N), where N is the number of eligible orders. Feedback requests have been sent successfully. appears.

Eligible orders

The popup reminds you: "Feedback requests will only be sent to orders in Delivered status that have not yet received feedback." The other orders in the selection are ignored and aren't counted in Send Requests (N).

Message

  • If all eligible orders belong to the same eBay store, region and supplier, the box starts from that store's feedback request message (Automatic messages).
  • If they belong to different stores, regions or suppliers, the warning "Could not preload a default message because the selected orders belong to multiple eBay stores, regions or suppliers." appears and the box stays empty: write the text yourself.

You can use {buyer_first_name} (customer's first name), {product_title} (product title) and {feedback_url} (link to leave feedback): they are replaced with each order's data. The message can't be empty.

What happens next

Each customer receives the message on eBay. When they leave feedback, Positive Feedback, Neutral Feedback or Negative Feedback appears under the order status instead of Ask for Feedback.
