How to purchase the product of an eBay order from Amazon or AliExpress with Purchase Product, follow the automatic order and what happens to tracking numbers.

Before you start

• The order is Pending and Not Monitored in the Orders page.
• You have connected at least one active supplier account in Supplier Accounts: for Amazon, of the same region as the order.
• The order is linked to the supplier product. If you see Synchronize Product instead of Purchase Product, link it first: Synchronize Product.
• Check the address in the order details: it's the one used for the purchase.

Sending the automatic order

1. In the Status column press Purchase Product (you also find it in the status menu).
2. In the Send Automatic Order panel pick the Amazon Account or AliExpress Account. With Random Amazon account (or the AliExpress equivalent) Droopify picks an available account; otherwise choose one from the list.
3. Press Send Automatic Order. The automatic order has been created successfully and will be processed shortly. appears.

For AliExpress a warning reminds you the feature is in a testing phase: always check the address and the product purchased.

Automatic order on every new order

Instead of pressing Purchase Product each time, you can turn on the Automatic order switch in the General tab of the eBay store settings, for each region and supplier (General store settings). With the switch on, received orders are purchased with the automatic order and set as monitored a few minutes after the sale, with a supplier account picked by Droopify among the connected ones. It applies to orders of listings linked to a product in Droopify; progress and errors show up as for a manual send.

What happens next

• Ordering... appears in the Status column with the progress percentage. The page updates by itself.
• If the purchase succeeds, the order moves to Ordered with the Monitored label: from then on status and tracking update automatically (Order statuses).
• If it doesn't, the order stays Pending with a red message explaining why: see The automatic order doesn't start.

Cancel Purchase

While the purchase is queued and hasn't started yet, Cancel Purchase appears under the status. Press it to stop it: Purchase cancelled appears and the order is available again. If the purchase has already started, The automatic purchase has already been taken in charge and can no longer be cancelled. appears.

Tracking numbers and conversion

When a monitored Amazon order ships, Droopify reads the tracking number and sends it to eBay. The number can be converted into an Aquiline Tracking number according to the Tracking Codes Conversion settings in Preferences & Tools:

• Convert only required tracking codes: converts only the numbers that need it;
• Convert tracking codes before shipping: converts before the package leaves.

Orders with Manual Monitoring are always converted. AliExpress order numbers are not converted. The original number and courier stay visible in the Edit tab of the details.

Credits

The purchase itself doesn't use credits, but when the automatic order succeeds Droopify connects the supplier order to the eBay order, and that costs 0.5 credits, the same as Connect Order done by hand. You pay it once per order, however it gets connected. Each tracking number conversion costs the credits shown in the Courier option of Preferences & Tools; if you don't have enough credits the number isn't converted and the order stays Ordered.
