Synchronize listings by SKU
How to synchronize several untracked listings whose SKU is the Amazon product's ASIN together, with the Synchronize Products By SKU popup.
Before you start
- Each listing's SKU must be the ASIN of the Amazon product, sold in the same region as the listing: Droopify builds the product link from SKU and region. It works with Amazon only.
- Each synchronized listing counts toward the maximum number of products of your plan.
- If the SKU is not an ASIN, use Synchronize an untracked listing or Synchronize listings by CSV.
Synchronize Products By SKU
- In the Untracked Inventory tick the listings, or use Select All to take every listing matching search and filters.
- In the bottom bar click Synchronize Listings By SKU.
- The popup asks for confirmation and warns: "The SKUs of the untracked products must match the Supplier Product IDs. Otherwise, the synchronization will fail with a "Product not found" error."
- Click Synchronize Products By SKU.
What happens next
- When the synchronizations are done "The selected untracked products have been synchronized successfully." appears and the table refreshes.
- Synchronized listings move to the Inventory: on eBay, title, description, images, category and item specifics are replaced with the Amazon product's, and price and quantity follow the store settings.
- If some listings fail, the popup stays open with the error message: those stay in the Untracked Inventory.
