Clear Order Issues

How to remove the cancellation, return or dispute from an order on the Orders page, so it shows its real status again.

When to use it

For example, a customer opens a dispute for an item not received and then the parcel arrives: the order stays Dispute in Droopify even though the problem is gone. With Clear Order Issues you remove the problem and the order goes back to showing its status (for example Delivered).

Clearing an order's issues

1. On the Orders page, on the row of an order with status Cancelled, Returned or Dispute, press the status field: on its right it has an X instead of the arrow.
2. Clear Order Issues opens with the text "Removes the cancellation, return and dispute associated with the order, so it shows its real status. The order is not reset."
3. Press Clear Issues. The order issues have been cleared successfully. appears and the table refreshes.

The X only appears on the Orders page: it isn't on Order Issues.

What happens next

• The cancellation, return and dispute are removed from the order, which leaves Order Issues.
• The order status doesn't change: tracking, supplier, address and notes stay as they are.
• Droopify recalculates the Profit from eBay data, because an issue set it to 0. If the calculation fails, the issues are removed anyway and the profit stays as it was.
• The order history shows The order issues have been cleared.
• Nothing changes on eBay: if the problem still exists, it stays open on eBay.
