Edit a supplier account

At the end of this procedure the supplier account uses the new limits for the automatic order, or is enabled or disabled.

Before you start

• The Edit button appears only for connected accounts. If the account is not connected, log in again first (Amazon account, AliExpress account).
• The fields are the same for Amazon and AliExpress.

Editing the supplier account

1. In Settings > Supplier Accounts click Edit on the account row (or the row itself): the popup opens with the region flag and the account email.

2. Change the fields you need:

   Field	What it does
   Account Status	When off, the account is used neither for the automatic order nor for order monitoring
   Maximum daily orders	How many orders per day can be placed with the automatic order through this account (0 to 365); with 0 the account places no automatic orders
   Maximum loss limit	Maximum loss the automatic order accepts for each order placed with this account (0 to 1000). If at purchase time the order profit is negative and the loss reaches this value, the automatic order stops; with 0 it stops as soon as the profit is not positive

3. Click Save Changes.

What happens next

Supplier account changes have been saved successfully. appears and the table shows the new values in the Daily Orders and Loss Limit columns. The new limits apply to the next automatic orders.
