The Home sums up how the eBay stores you are viewing are doing: revenue, profit, products, orders and listing traffic.

Data period

When you open the Home no period is selected:

  • Total Revenue, Total Profit, Total Products, Orders and Ongoing Orders count all data, from the start.
  • The percentage under the values, labelled Since last 10 days, compares the last 10 days (today included) with the 10 days before.
  • Sales Overview shows the last 10 days.

When you pick a period in the calendar, every panel counts only that period. The percentage, labelled Since selected period, compares it with the previous period of the same length.

Picking a period

  1. In the Home calendar, click the first day of the period.
  2. Click the last day: the panels update.

Future dates can't be selected: the message You can't select dates in the future appears. Hovering over a day shows the occasions of that date, such as holidays and shopping events. To go back to all-time data, reload the page.

Stores, currency and hidden values

  • The Home only counts the visible eBay stores, chosen in Switch eBay Stores. If data is missing, check that all stores are visible.
  • Amounts are converted to the currency chosen in Currency, in the profile menu at the top right.
  • The eye button on a panel hides its values, for example when you share your screen.
