Changing your password

You change your Droopify password, or set one if so far you have always used Google or Discord, with a recovery link you receive by email.

Before you start

• You need access to the mailbox of your Droopify account.
• The new password must be at least 12 characters long.

Changing the password

1. In Settings open Security & Access.
2. In the Connected Accounts panel click Edit Password on Email & Password.
3. On the Recover your Password page enter your email and click Send Recovery Link.
4. Open the email you receive and click the link.
5. On the Reset your Password page type the New Password, repeat it in Confirm Password and click Reset Password.

After saving you go to the sign-in page: log in with the new password.

Setting a password if you sign in with Google or Discord

If Email & Password is Not Configured:

1. Click Enable Sign In on Email & Password.
2. Email and password sign in has been enabled successfully. appears and the Recover your Password page opens.
3. Continue from step 3 of Changing the password.

From then on you can sign in both with email and password and with Google or Discord.

Possible errors

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and that the address is the one of your account. The rest of the page: Security & Access.
