Prices and promotions
What the Prices & Stock and Discounts & Promotions tabs do in the settings of an eBay store, for one region and supplier.
They open from eBay Stores > Edit > region > supplier and are saved with Save Changes (eBay Stores). The Automatic Sponsorship tab is described in Automatic sponsorship.

The selling price is calculated so that, after eBay fees, you keep the profit of the range. Fees depend on the store's account type and seller level.
When you save, the new values are applied to the monitored listings of that region and supplier. Listings whose price you changed by hand are left out, unless you tick Apply price changes also to manually edited listings.
Discounts & Promotions
Promotions are created on the eBay store and apply to the monitored listings of the whole region. The store needs a Business account on eBay: otherwise The option is not available because the selected eBay store doesn't have a business account. appears.
Multi-purchase promotions: a discount for customers who buy more items. Up to 3 rules, each with Minimum quantity (at least 2) and Discount percentage (%) (1 to 80). The first rule is required, rules must be filled in order and each must have a higher quantity and discount than the one before.
Discount code for all listings: one code valid on all the store's listings.

If a value breaks these rules, a warning naming the field to fix appears when you save, for example Set a discount code to enable the discount code promotion. Turning a promotion off and saving removes it from the store.
Errors when saving promotions
When you save, Droopify creates or removes the promotion on eBay and waits for the answer. If eBay rejects it, the error message (possibly with eBay's text) appears instead of the success message:
- the promotion is not saved and its fields go back to the previous values when you open the popup again;
- the other fields changed in the same save are saved anyway.
Fix the values the error points to and save again. If the error happens again, contact support with the message text and the store name.
