Offers
The Offers page lists the listings that eBay customers saved to their favorites and lets you send them an offer with a 5% discount.
Which listings appear
The page shows the listings of your visible eBay stores for which eBay lets you send an offer to interested customers, that is, listings at least one customer saved to their favorites.
- Only listings managed by Droopify count: listings in Untracked Inventory do not appear.
- If listings are missing, check that all stores are visible in the Switch eBay Stores panel (Switching visible stores).
- If no customer has saved a product, No offers found appears.
- The page has no search or filters: all listings are in a single list. Listings with variants open to show each variant.

With dynamic sponsorship the AD values are followed by >, because the fee can change.
What the customer receives
The offer gives the customer the product at a 5% discount on the selling price, for one item.
- The offer is locked for 48 hours: even if price or shipping times change in the meantime, the customer can buy under the conditions of the offer.
- The customer can accept or ignore it, but cannot make a counteroffer.
- Together with the offer the customer may receive a message: the eBay store one, one you write, or none.

In both popups you choose the message that goes with the offer: the eBay store one or one you write. After sending, the list refreshes.
Note:
Offer Profit is an estimate. The real profit shows in the order, if the customer accepts the offer and buys.
