Switching account
With the Switch Droopify Account popup you enter the Droopify accounts that granted you access authorization and go back to your own.
Before you start
- The owner of the other account must have granted you the authorization (Granting access authorization).
- You must have accepted the request in Security & Access, in the Client Authorization Management panel (Security & Access).
Entering another account
- Open the profile menu at the top right and click Switch Account.
- In the popup look for the account with Search by account email..., if you have many.
- Click Log In on the account to manage.
The dashboard reloads with that account's data: eBay stores, listings, orders and settings are theirs.
If the switch fails, the loading on the button stops, an error message appears and you stay in the account you were in (see Possible errors).
Account list
| Row | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Your account | Your email with Main Account |
| The accounts you manage | Account email and last access (Last access on … or No access recorded) |
| The account open now | The Current tag, with no Log In button |
Add New Droopify Account brings you to the Security & Access page, where you accept new requests.
Going back to your account
While you are in another account, an icon appears next to your profile at the top.
- Click the icon to go straight back to your account.
- Or open Switch Account and click Log In on the Main Account row.
Note:
What you do while in another account applies to that account: changes to drafts, listings, orders and settings are saved there.
