Drafts
The Drafts page lists the Amazon and AliExpress products you turned into drafts and that are not published on eBay yet.

Table columns

The table only shows drafts of the visible eBay stores, chosen in Switch eBay Stores.
Labels and notices on the row
Under the title you may see:
- AI: one or more texts were rewritten with AI;
- a grey label with your custom tag;
- Coupon, Discount or Multi-Quantity Discount: discounts active on the supplier product;
- Out of Stock: the product is not available.
Under the row you may see notices: restrictions on the product, the brand or a word of the title (highlighted), why it is out of stock, monitoring disabled by you, the scheduled publication and why the last publication failed.
Search, filters and sorting
- Search: click the bar and pick Product Title (at least 3 characters) or Supplier PID (at least 5 characters, exact ID), then press Enter. With no choice the search uses the title.
- Filters: funnel icon, then Add filter. Available: Availability (In Stock / Out of Stock), Price and Default Quantity (Equal to, Greater than, Less than), Date, Supplier, Region, Violations (With violations) and Custom tag. Press Apply; Reset removes them all. With no active filter you also get the quick filters Out of stock products and Products with violations.
- Sorting: click the Date, Price or Profit header. With no sorting the newest drafts are on top.
Row actions
Each row has the Delete button (red, opens Delete Draft; on a group row it also deletes all variants), Edit (yellow, like clicking the row) and Publish (green, opens Publish Draft). While a draft is being published, the green button is replaced by the progress and the row can't be opened.
Variants as groups
If View Variants as Groups is on in Preferences & Tools, a product with variants takes a single row: the arrow expands it and shows the variants, which only have Delete and Edit. If the option is off, each variant is a row of its own.
Operations History
The button to the left of the filters opens the Operations History (the number shows running operations): Draft Creation shows drafts being created, created or failed with the reason; Operations shows single and bulk edits, with the reason for the failed ones. When an operation ends the table refreshes on its own.
