|---|---|---|
| Details | Title, eBay store, description, category, brand, tag | Below on this page |
| Price | Monitoring, quantity, availability, price and markup | Draft price |
| Template, Images, Item Specifics, Other | Description layout, photos, eBay item specifics, scheduling | Below on this page |

Details
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Title | Title of the eBay listing, up to 80 characters (the counter is next to the name) |
| eBay Store | Store where the draft will be published. It lists the visible stores and the draft's current store |
| Description | Product description |
| Category | eBay category, searched by name. If empty: Automatically assigned if missing |
| Brand | Product brand |
| Custom tag | Your own label, not shown on eBay: pick one, type a new one or pick No tag |
| Variant, Product Code (SKU), Selling Region, Ship from, Shipping Time | Read only. The SKU is the supplier product ID if Use product ID as SKU is on in the store |
If you change eBay Store, the draft moves to the new store with its default template, and price and quantity follow the new store settings unless you edited them by hand. If the product is already in that store, the draft is not moved. To pick a store that isn't listed, make it visible in Switch eBay Stores.
Template
Pick the description template among those of the eBay store, or No template. New template opens the eBay Stores page to create one (Templates): save first, because the popup closes.
Images
Click Upload Image or drag png or jpeg files: new ones go to the top. Drag them to reorder and delete them from the preview.
Item Specifics
Edit name and value of the item specifics, delete them or add one with Add new specification. Those with an asterisk are required: if you delete them they come back on save. A specific in red has a value that is too long or exceeds the number eBay accepts.
Other
- Scheduled publication date (future dates and times only): the draft is published on eBay automatically shortly after that time. Save with Save Changes; the scheduled date appears under the row. Reset Changes removes the schedule. For several drafts at once use Schedule Publication.
- Ignore all warnings and publish the draft on the scheduled date.: publishes even if the product is restricted, out of stock or contains a blocked word.
- Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Return Policy: Automatically set by Droopify.
Save Changes and Reset Changes
Save Changes saves and closes; if you changed nothing it just closes. When saving succeeds "The draft has been saved successfully." appears. Reset Changes appears when the draft has edits and, with no confirmation, brings title, description, item specifics, brand, images, quantity, availability, monitoring and price back to the supplier data and the store settings, and removes the schedule. Category, template, tag and store stay.
Possible errors
If saving fails, the popup stays open with your changes and the reason appears; the draft is not changed.
| Message | What to do |
