Sending offers in bulk
With the Send Offers popup you send, in one go, an offer with a 5% discount for every listing selected on the Offers page.
Before you start
- The listings must appear on the Offers page. They can belong to different eBay stores, regions and suppliers.
- If you want to use the store message, set it in the Automatic Messages tab of each eBay store's settings, for every region and supplier of the listings: it is the Listing offer message, with its switch on (Automatic messages).
Fields of the Send Offers popup

| Custom Message | You can write in it only when you turn off Use default message, and then it is required: without text the offers are not sent. The same text goes to all listings |
In the message you can write {product_title}: in each offer it is replaced with the title of its listing.
Sending the offers
- Select the listings with the checkboxes on the left, or select them all.
- In the bar at the bottom click Send Offers.
- Leave Use default message on, or turn it off and write the Custom Message.
- Click Send Offers.
What happens next
The button keeps loading until all offers have been sent: with many listings it can take a few minutes. If they all succeed, The offers have been sent successfully. appears, the popup closes and the list refreshes.
If some offers are not sent, the others are sent anyway. Each customer receives the offer for one item, with the price discounted by 5%, locked for 48 hours.
Possible errors
If sending fails entirely or in part, the popup stays open and the error message appears.
