Synchronize an untracked listing
How to connect a single Untracked Inventory listing to the supplier's product with the Synchronize Untracked Product popup.
Before you start
- You need the link of the Amazon or AliExpress product that matches the listing.
- Each synchronized listing counts toward the maximum number of products of your plan.
- To synchronize many listings at once see Synchronize listings by SKU or by CSV.
Synchronize Product
- In the Untracked Inventory click the row or the yellow Synchronize button. For listings with variants open the group row and synchronize each variant.
- The popup shows the listing's title and SKU. If you don't have the link, under "Can't find the product? Search by title." click the title: the Amazon search opens in the listing's region.
- In Supplier Product URL paste the product link. If Droopify already knows the product, the field is prefilled.
- Click Synchronize Product.
What happens next
- When the synchronization is done "The untracked product has been synchronized successfully." appears and the listing moves to the Inventory.
- On eBay, title, description (with the store template), images, category and item specifics are replaced with the supplier product's; price, quantity and monitoring follow the store settings. If the store sponsors automatically, the listing may be sponsored too.
- If the synchronization fails, the popup stays open with the error message and the listing stays untracked.
Possible errors
