Select several drafts
This page explains how to select several drafts in the Drafts page to use the bulk actions of the bar that appears at the bottom.
Selecting drafts
- Tick the box of a row to select it; the box in the header selects all rows of the page.
- With View Variants as Groups on, selecting a group selects all its variants; you can also select only some of them.
- The selection stays when you change page, but is cleared if you change search, filters, sorting or rows per page, and after every completed bulk action.
- The number on the left of the bar, next to Selected, is the count of selected rows. The X on the right of the bar or the Esc key clear the selection.
Select All
Select All extends the selection to all drafts found by the current search and filters, including other pages. While it is on you can't remove single rows ("Cannot deselect if you have enabled "Select All"." appears): click Deselect All.
Note:
With Select All the action applies to all drafts found at that moment. Check search and filters before confirming.
Bulk actions bar
With at least one row selected, the bar appears at the bottom with the Delete Drafts, Edit Drafts, Improve with AI, Schedule Publication and Publish Drafts buttons. Each one opens its own popup, described on its own page: the list with the links is in the Drafts page, section What you can do in the Drafts page.
