Why is a product out of stock even though it is available on Amazon?
Usually the delivery time exceeds the store's Maximum delivery days, or the supplier page no longer sells the same product in the listing's region. The reason is shown in red under the row, in Drafts or in Inventory.
Delivery exceeds the Maximum delivery days
The reason is "The product is out of stock because the shipping times exceed the maximum days allowed by your preferences". The product can be bought, but it would arrive too late: for example delivery in 9 days with Maximum delivery days set to 7. If you want to sell it anyway, raise the value in the Prices & Stock tab of the store settings (Prices and promotions): it applies to all products of that region and supplier.
Amazon replaced the product or doesn't ship it
The reason is "The product is out of stock because it is no longer available or has been permanently removed by the supplier". This also happens when the page looks available:
- Amazon redirects you to a similar product with another code: compare the ASIN in the address with the one of the draft or listing;
- the product is available, but it is not shipped to the country of the eBay region.
If the product was replaced, change Product URL in the listing edit popup (Edit a listing); otherwise wait until it is back in stock.
You set the availability yourself
If the reason is "The product is out of stock because it was manually modified by you", you changed Availability by hand: Droopify no longer updates it from the supplier. Set it back to Available or use Reset Changes.
The product has just come back in stock
Droopify checks products periodically: availability is updated at the next check.
All causes, with the steps, are in Listing out of stock but available at the supplier and Price and stock monitoring.
