Why does Amazon cancel my orders for suspicious activity?
Cancellations for "suspicious activity" are decided by Amazon's security checks: Droopify does not cause them and doesn't know the exact reason, which only Amazon can give you.
Common reasons
Amazon does not publish the rules of its checks. In practice, cancellations are more frequent when:
- the payment method is declined, or the card details don't match the account details;
- the account is new or places many orders in a short time, shipped to always different addresses;
- the account is linked to other restricted or suspended Amazon accounts.
What to do on Amazon
- Contact Amazon customer service from the account that received the cancellation and ask for the reason.
- Check that the payment method and billing address are in your name and consistent with the account details.
- If Amazon asks for a verification (for example an ID document), complete it from your Amazon account.
What to do on Droopify
- If the eBay order is no longer covered by a purchase, open the order, use Reset Order to bring it back to Pending and purchase the product again with Purchase Product, also from another supplier account (Order details, Purchase Product).
- To spread orders across several accounts, lower the account's Maximum daily orders in Supplier Accounts (Edit a supplier account).
- If an account should no longer be used by the automatic order, turn off Account Status.
