How can I increase my selling limits on eBay?
Selling limits are assigned to your store by eBay and you request an increase directly on eBay: Droopify cannot change them, but it shows where you stand. New to selling limits? Read How eBay selling limits work.
Where you see selling limits in Droopify
On the eBay Stores page each store has two columns:
| Column | LIMIT | USED |
|---|---|---|
| Stock Quantity | Maximum number of items eBay lets you have on sale | Items you are already using |
| Stock Value | Maximum value on sale eBay allows you | Value you are already using |
The values come from eBay and Droopify updates them automatically: after eBay grants an increase, the new limit shows up on its own.
How to request a limit increase from eBay
Sign in to eBay with the connected store and open Seller Hub: in the Overview tab, the monthly limits section shows your current limit and, when available, the increase request. eBay also sends a message when you are about to reach the limit, with a button to request an increase. eBay decides whether and by how much to raise it and may ask you for contact details or information about your business.
In general eBay looks at the store's history: sales completed without issues, on-time shipping and positive feedback help.
When USED gets close to LIMIT
If you reach the limit, eBay does not accept more listings or quantity beyond it until the monthly limit is renewed, until you delete active listings, or until eBay raises it. Items already sold during the month still count toward the limit.
Difference from your Droopify plan capacity
The eBay limit is different from the maximum number of products included in your Droopify plan (Inventory capacity). The first is raised on eBay, the second by changing plan: see Plan and subscription.
