Why does my order show a negative or wrong profit?
Usually the supplier price changed after publication, the listing sold through sponsorship, or eBay charged extra fees. The breakdown is in the Fees tab of the order details.
The supplier price changed
The order's Purchase Price is the one Droopify knew at the time of the sale. Droopify updates prices periodically, not in real time: if the supplier raised the price shortly before the sale, the order can end up at a loss. The same happens if you turned off Price Monitoring on the listing. See The order's purchase price is higher than expected.
The listing sold through sponsorship
The selling price is calculated on the profit you set without counting sponsorship. If the order comes from a sponsored listing, the Ad Fee is taken from the profit: with a low profit and a high sponsorship the order goes at a loss. Keep the profit higher than the sponsorship percentage (Automatic sponsorship).
eBay charged extra fees
If the store's seller level is Below Standard, eBay charges the Below Standard Fee; there can also be international fees. When eBay provides the actual fees, Droopify updates the profit: as long as the Fees tab shows the yellow warning, the profit is an estimate.
The Purchase Price is missing or wrong
If the order is not linked to a monitored product, the Purchase Price can be 0 or Not available and the profit is not correct. Enter the right price in the Edit tab and click Save Changes: the profit is recalculated.
The order had a closed issue
If the order had a cancellation, a return or a dispute that has been closed, the profit can be 0 (Order Issues).
