Why can't I see the drafts I just created?

Usually the creation is still running or has failed, you have reached your plan capacity, or the drafts are in an eBay store that is not one of your visible stores.

The creation is still running or has failed

Open Operations History at the top of the Drafts page, Draft Creation section: each product has its own row with the result. If the row has a red X, read the reason. The most common one is "A draft or listing already exists for this product.": look for the product in Drafts or in the Inventory.

You have reached your plan capacity

If the reason is "You have reached the maximum number of products allowed by your plan.", new drafts are not created. Drafts and listings of all your eBay stores count, and each variant counts as one product. Delete drafts or listings you don't need, or change plan (Changing plan).

The drafts' eBay store is not visible

The Drafts page only shows the drafts of visible stores. Open Switch eBay Stores (store icons at the top of the side menu), tick the store in Visible Stores and click Save Changes (Switch eBay Stores).

Search or filters are active

If a search or filters are active, the table only shows the drafts that match them: clear the search and click Reset in the filters.
