Why are my orders no longer showing in my Amazon order history?

1 min read

Droopify does not delete or hide orders from your Amazon account: if the history is empty or incomplete, the account has usually been restricted or suspended by Amazon, and only Amazon customer service can restore the visibility of your orders.

What to do on Amazon

Contact Amazon customer service, explain that you can no longer see your past orders and ask them to restore your order history. If the account has been suspended, follow the instructions Amazon sent you to reactivate it.

What happens to the orders in Droopify

The orders stay on the Droopify Orders page, with their Amazon Order ID in the order details.

As long as Amazon doesn't show the order, Droopify can't read its status and tracking: the order can move to Supplier Error with the message "Check the order status on the supplier's website. If the order is correct, click here to update the tracking: the system will synchronize the data automatically." When the order is visible on Amazon again, click the link to update the tracking.

Entering the tracking by hand

If you have the tracking number from another source (for example the shipping email), you can enter it yourself with Set as Shipped (Set as Shipped).

If the Amazon account can no longer be used, turn off Account Status in Supplier Accounts so the automatic order no longer uses it (Edit a supplier account).
