How do I cancel my Droopify subscription?
You cancel the subscription yourself, at any time, from the billing portal: Droopify stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then does not renew.
Cancelling the subscription
- In Settings open Profile & Billing.
- In the Your Plan panel click Edit Subscription.
- At the bottom of the plans page click Cancel your subscription: the billing portal opens.
- Confirm the cancellation in the portal.
The subscription status becomes Expiring. Until the end date you can still use the dashboard and change your mind with Reactivate your subscription, in the same place on the plans page.
You are on a free trial
The procedure is the same. If you cancel before the free trial ends, the subscription ends when the trial ends and the plan is not charged.
The payment was not successful
If you see the Payment Failed page instead of the dashboard, click or cancel your subscription below the Retry Payment button: the billing portal opens, where you confirm the cancellation.
You just want to spend less
