Can I transfer my credits to another account or get a refund?

No: credits cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be refunded, whether they are monthly credits or Extra Credits you bought. This rule prevents abuse.

Credits you bought

Purchased Credits (the Extra Credits packages) are a one-time payment and are not refunded. They do not expire: they stay on your account until you use them, even if you change plan.

Monthly credits

Monthly Credits are included in your plan. At every renewal the balance goes back to the plan amount and unused credits do not add up. They cannot be transferred or refunded either.

Credits returned by Droopify

When an operation that used credits fails on Droopify's side, for example an AI optimization, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You see it in the Credits History as AI Listing Rewrite Refund.
