# Order details

What the panel that opens when you click an order in the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page shows and what you can edit.

## Header

The title is **Order** followed by the eBay Order ID, which you can copy; the icon next to it opens the order on eBay. Below it you see the date and time it was received (**Received on …**).

The product title opens the listing in the **Inventory** page; the ID under the title opens the listing on eBay.

## Order summary

| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Sale** | Selling price on eBay |
| **Purchase** | Purchase price from the supplier |
| **Quantity** | Pieces sold |
| **Profit** | Net profit of the order |
| **ROI** | Profit divided by the purchase price, as a percentage |
| **Customer** | eBay username of the customer |
| **Full Name** | Shipping recipient. If the order is monitored with one of your supplier accounts, **Monitored with** and the account email appear instead |
| **Address** | Shipping address; the icon opens it on a map |
| **Phone** | Recipient's phone. If the order is connected to a supplier order, **Amazon Order ID** or **AliExpress Order ID** appears instead |

If the data is missing, **Sale**, **Purchase** and **Profit** show **Not available**; a value of zero is shown as 0. **ROI** is only calculated if the purchase price is greater than 0 and the profit is known, otherwise it shows **Not available**.

## Tracking

Shows the courier and the tracking number, with a link to the shipment tracking page. If there is no number yet, **The package has not yet been picked up by the courier.** appears.

- **Update Tracking**: appears on monitored orders. With **Monitored** it asks Droopify to read the order at the supplier again right away; with **Manual Monitoring** it opens the Amazon order page, where the Droopify Chrome Extension reads the tracking.
- **Resolve Issue**: appears instead when eBay didn't accept the shipment or the number; Droopify tries to send them again.

## Panel tabs

| **Feedback** | Appears if the customer left feedback: type and text, read-only |

## Editing the order

In the **Edit** tab you can change **Purchase Price**, **Supplier Product Link** and the address (**Full Name**, **Phone**, **Address 1**, **Address 2**, **City**, **ZIP Code**, **Country**, **State or Province**). **Original Courier** and **Original Tracking Number** are read-only.

1. Change the fields: **(Edited)** appears next to the ones you touched.
2. Press **Save Changes**.

Changes only apply on Droopify, not on eBay. Changing the **Purchase Price** recalculates the profit. The edited address is the one used by the [automatic order](https://docs.droopify.co/en/fulfill-order).

## Reset Order

**Reset Order** immediately brings the order back to the eBay data, without confirmation: the status goes back to **Pending**, the address is read again from eBay, the profit is recalculated, and tracking numbers, the connection to the supplier order, the internal note, error messages and cancellation, return and dispute data are removed. Nothing changes on eBay.

## Possible errors

If **Save Changes**, **Reset Order**, **Update Tracking** or **Resolve Issue** fail, the reason appears instead of the success message: a Droopify message or eBay's text as it is. The order is not changed.
