# Untracked Inventory

> What untracked listings are in Droopify: how to read them from eBay, the table's columns, filters and sorting, and the ways to synchronize them.

The Untracked Inventory lists the listings of your eBay stores that are not connected to a supplier's product, and lets you synchronize them.

## What untracked listings are

They are listings already on sale on your eBay stores that Droopify read from eBay but can't match to a supplier's product. Until you synchronize them, Droopify doesn't update their price and availability.

## Reading the listings from the eBay store

1. In the [eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account) page open the store and the **Untracked Products** tab.
2. The tab text explains that products not yet present on Droopify will be synchronized and added to your inventory: here they show up as untracked listings.
3. Click **Proceed to next step**.

"eBay store synchronization has been started successfully. This operation may take a few minutes." appears. The listings read appear on this page. If one is already running, "A synchronization is already running for this eBay store." appears.

## Opening the Untracked Inventory

In the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory), when there are untracked listings, the **N Untracked Products** button appears next to the search: click it.

## Table columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Product** | Image and title; the **Out of Stock** label appears when the quantity on eBay is 0 |
| **Date** | Date the listing was published on eBay |
| **Region** | eBay region of the listing (e.g. IT, FR) |
| **Quantity** | **QTY** is the quantity on sale on eBay |
| **Price** | **SELL** is the price on eBay; **BUY** the supplier's price, if the product is already known |
| **Product ID** | **SELL** opens the listing on eBay; **BUY** the supplier's product, if known |

## Search, filters and sorting

- **Search**: **Product Title** (at least 3 characters), **Listing ID** (at least 9) or **Supplier PID** (at least 5).
- **Filters**: **Date**, **Price**, **Quantity** (with **Equal to**, **Greater than**, **Less than**) and **Region**, which lists the codes of every eBay region (IT, FR, DE…).
- **Sorting**: click the header of **Date**, **Quantity** or **Price**.

After synchronization the listing moves to the Inventory and Droopify monitors its price and availability ([Price and stock monitoring](https://docs.droopify.co/en/price-and-stock-monitoring)). Each synchronized listing counts toward the maximum number of products of your plan.
