# Synchronize listings by CSV

How to synchronize several untracked listings with a CSV file that pairs each eBay listing ID with the supplier product link, from the **Synchronize Listings By CSV** popup.

## Before you start

- Prepare a CSV file with the **eBay listing ID** in the first column and the **supplier product link** (Amazon or AliExpress) in the second.
- Separate the columns with commas, semicolons or tabs; the header row is optional.
- Each synchronized listing counts toward the maximum number of products of your plan.

## Synchronize Listings By CSV

1. In the [Untracked Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/untracked-inventory) click **Synchronize Listings By CSV** next to the search.
2. Drag the file onto "Drag and drop the CSV file here" or click to pick it. You can add up to 6 files.
3. Click **Synchronize Products**.

Rows without a numeric ID or without a link are skipped; if the same ID appears more than once the first row wins. Listings already tracked and IDs that don't match any listing of your stores are not touched: after the operation check in the table which listings are left.

## What happens next

- When the synchronizations are done "The untracked products have been synchronized successfully to your Droopify inventory." appears and the table refreshes.
- Synchronized listings move to the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory): on eBay, title, description, images, category and item specifics are replaced with the supplier product's, and price and quantity follow the store settings.
- If some rows fail, the popup stays open with the error message: those listings stay in the Untracked Inventory.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| **Invalid CSV format. The file must contain the eBay listing ID in the first column and the supplier link in the second column.** | No row is valid: check the column order and that the IDs are numbers only |
| **Some listings were not synchronized (invalid supplier link, plan limit reached or eBay error). The others were synchronized: check the links and try again for the missing ones.** | Fix the rows of the listings left and synchronize a file with only those |
| **The supplier product URL is not valid. Check the link and try again.** | No link in the file is valid: use the full link of the Amazon or AliExpress product page |
| **You have reached the maximum number of products allowed by your plan.** | Free up room or move to a higher plan in [Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing) |
| Other error or eBay message | No row was synchronized: the message gives the reason for the first one that failed. Try that listing with [Synchronize an untracked listing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/sync-untracked-listing) |
