# Synchronize Product

> Link an eBay order that has no supplier product in Droopify to an Amazon or AliExpress product with the Synchronize Product popup.

With **Synchronize Product** you link an eBay order to the supplier product, so you can purchase it with [Purchase Product](https://docs.droopify.co/en/fulfill-order) or connect it with [Connect Order](https://docs.droopify.co/en/connect-order).

## When you need it

An order has no supplier product when the listing sold isn't linked to a product in Droopify, for example a listing of the [Untracked Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/untracked-inventory). In this case, on the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page, the **Pending** order shows:

- the **Synchronize Product** button in the **Status** column, instead of **Purchase Product**;
- the blue **Sync** button (magnifier icon) among the row actions.

Both open the same popup.

## Synchronizing the product

1. Press **Synchronize Product** (or **Sync**). The popup opens with the image, title and Order ID.
2. If you don't have the product link, under **Can't find the product? Search by title.** click the order title: a search for that title opens on the Amazon website of the order's region.
3. Copy the link of the product page and paste it into **Supplier Product Link**.
4. Press **Synchronize Product**. **The product has been synchronized successfully.** appears.

The link must be the one of an Amazon or AliExpress product.

## What happens next

- Droopify recognizes the supplier and the product from the link. The order loses the **Synchronize Product** button and shows **Purchase Product** and **Connect**.
- The link only applies to this order: the eBay listing and the Inventory don't change.
- The order's **Purchase Price** doesn't change: if needed, update it in the **Edit** tab of the [order details](https://docs.droopify.co/en/view-order-details), where you also find the saved **Supplier Product Link**.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| **Please enter the supplier product link before proceeding.** | Paste the link into **Supplier Product Link** |
| **You can't perform this action: an automatic purchase is in progress for this order. …** | Wait for the automatic order to end |
| **The supplier product URL is not valid. Check the link and try again.** | The link isn't an Amazon or AliExpress product: the order doesn't change. Copy the link from the product page and try again |
| **The order was not found. Check the entered data and try again.** | Reload the Orders page and try again |

If the operation fails for another reason, the popup shows the error message instead of the success message (eBay's text too, as it is) and the order isn't linked: try again.
