# Supplier Accounts

The **Supplier Accounts** page (under **Settings**) lists the Amazon and AliExpress accounts connected to Droopify, used for the automatic order of sold products and to follow the status of orders at the supplier.

## Table columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Account** | Supplier logo and the account's email (or phone) |
| **Added on** | Date it was connected to Droopify |
| **Region** | Region of the supplier account (for example IT) |
| **Type** | **Private** or **Business** |
| **OTP Code** | Amazon only: current verification code, refreshed with the arrow ([Amazon account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/amazon-account)) |
| **Daily Orders** | Maximum number of automatic orders per day with this account |
| **Loss Limit** | Maximum loss accepted for each automatic order |

You can find an account with the search bar (**Account Email**, at least 3 characters). The number of supplier accounts (Amazon and AliExpress together) depends on your plan: see [Prices](https://docs.droopify.co/en/prices).

## Account actions

## Warnings on the account row

| Warning | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Your login session has expired. Please log in again to continue.** | The login must be repeated with **Log In** |
| **The Amazon account is disabled. The account will not be used for automatic orders and order monitoring.** | **Account Status** is off: see [Amazon account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/amazon-account) |
| Reason of a failed login | The account stays not connected: solutions are in [Amazon account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/amazon-account) |

## Automatic order

Supplier accounts are used for the automatic order, which is turned on per eBay store, region and supplier with the **Automatic order** switch: see [General store settings](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-store-general-settings).
