# Schedule Publication

> The Droopify Schedule Publication popup: schedule the eBay publication of several drafts, same date or incremental mode, and delete the schedule.

The **Schedule Publication** popup chooses the date and time when the drafts selected in the [Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts) page are published on eBay automatically.

To schedule a single draft use the **Other** section of its popup ([Edit a draft](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-single-draft), [Edit a group of drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-drafts-group)).

## Scheduling several drafts

1. Select the drafts, or use **Select All** ([Select several drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/bulk-actions-drafts)).
2. Click **Schedule Publication** in the bar at the bottom.
3. In **Mode** pick **Same date** or **Incremental** and fill in the fields.
4. If you want, tick **Ignore all warnings and publish the drafts on the scheduled date.**
5. Click **Schedule**.

| **Same date** | **Publication date** | All drafts are published at that date and time |
| **Incremental** | **Drafts per interval**, **Unit** (**Minutes**, **Hours**, **Days**), **Interval** | Drafts are published in batches, oldest first: the first batch one interval from now, the next ones at every interval. Example: 10 drafts every 1 day |

"The scheduling has been submitted: it may take a few minutes depending on the number of drafts being scheduled." appears. Follow the progress in the [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history), **Operations** section.

## Delete Schedule

In the **Schedule Publication** popup, **Delete Schedule** removes the schedule from the selected drafts, with no further confirmation. It also works with a single selected draft; alternatively, in the draft popup, **Reset Changes** removes the schedule together with the other edits.

## What happens on the scheduled date

Scheduled drafts show under the row "The draft publication has been scheduled for … at …". Publication starts shortly after the set time, like a normal publication ([Publish Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/publish-drafts)). If at that moment **View Variants as Groups** is on, the variants of a group are published together; otherwise each one on its own. Without the warnings tick, a restricted, out of stock draft or one with a blocked word is not published and shows the reason under the row.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |

| **Select a date and time before proceeding.** | In **Same date** pick the **Publication date** |
| **Enter a valid number of drafts to publish.** | In **Incremental** enter a number greater than 0 in **Drafts per interval** |
| **Enter a valid interval.** | In **Incremental** enter a number greater than 0 in **Interval** |
| Another message | The scheduling didn't start and the popup stays open: try again; if it happens again, contact support |
