How to read the issue of an order again from eBay right away on the [Order Issues](https://docs.droopify.co/en/order-issues) page, without waiting for the automatic update.

## When you need it

Droopify updates cancellations, returns and disputes periodically. If you have just replied on eBay (for example you accepted a cancellation or refunded a return) and want to see the new status right away, use **Update**.

The button only appears on rows with an **Unresolved** issue: a **Resolved** issue no longer changes.

## Updating an issue

1. In **Order Issues** press the blue **Update** button (clock icon) on the order's row.
2. The **Update from eBay** popup opens: "We will check the cancellation, return or dispute on eBay right now and update the order with the latest data, without waiting for the automatic update."
3. Press **Update**. **The order has been updated with the latest eBay data successfully.** appears and the table refreshes.

## What happens next

- If the issue was closed on eBay, the row becomes **Resolved** and the order is updated as described in [Cancellations](https://docs.droopify.co/en/cancellations), [Returns](https://docs.droopify.co/en/returns) and [Disputes](https://docs.droopify.co/en/disputes).
- If the issue is still open, the row stays **Unresolved** with the latest eBay data and the warning on what to do.
- Nothing changes on eBay: Droopify only reads. Accepting, declining or refunding is done on eBay.

## Possible errors

If the update from eBay fails, the reason appears: a Droopify message or the text sent back by eBay.

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| **This order has no open cancellation, return or dispute to update.** | The issue is already closed: reload the page |
| **The order was not found. Check the entered data and try again.** | Reload the page and try again |
| **An unknown error occurred. Please try again later or contact support.** | Try again later; if it keeps happening, contact support with the Order ID |
