# Publish Drafts

The **Publish Drafts** popup puts all drafts selected in the [Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts) page on sale on eBay right away, each one in its eBay store.

## Before you start

- Select the drafts, or use **Select All** to take all drafts found by search and filters ([Select several drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/bulk-actions-drafts)).
- The eBay stores of the drafts must be connected ([eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account)).

## Publishing several drafts

1. Click **Publish Drafts** in the bottom bar.
2. The popup shows "Are you sure you want to publish the selected drafts on eBay? This action cannot be undone.".
3. If you want, tick **Ignore all warnings and publish the drafts.**
4. Click **Publish Drafts**.

With **View Variants as Groups** on, a selected group becomes a single listing; if it is off, each variant becomes a separate listing.

## Ignore all warnings and publish the drafts.

Without this tick the publication of a draft stops if:
- the product has a restriction (eBay violation);
- the draft is out of stock (for a group, if all variants are out of stock);
- title, description or item specifics contain a word of the store's **Keyword Blacklist** with the **Block** action.

With the tick the drafts are published anyway: use it only if you are sure eBay accepts the products.

## What happens next

"The publication of the selected drafts has been started successfully." appears and the popup closes. Publication runs in the background: the rows show the progress instead of the green button and can't be opened. Published drafts disappear from Drafts and become listings in the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory) page.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| A message in the popup | The publication didn't start and the popup stays open: check the selection and try again; if it repeats, contact support |
| A reason in red under a row | The publication of that draft failed and the draft stays in Drafts. Fix it and publish it again ([Draft problems](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts-troubleshooting)) |
