# Publish Draft

The **Publish Draft** popup puts the draft of the row on sale on eBay right away, as a listing of its eBay store.

## Before you start

- Check price, quantity, category and images of the draft ([Edit a draft](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-single-draft)).
- The draft's eBay store must be connected ([eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account)).

## Publishing a draft

1. In the [Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts) page click the green **Publish** button on the row.
2. The popup shows "Are you sure you want to publish this draft on eBay?".
3. If you want, tick **Ignore all warnings and publish the draft.**
4. Click **Publish Draft**.

For a group with variants the button is on the group row and publishes all variants in a single listing; single variants have no **Publish** button.

## Ignore all warnings and publish the draft.

Without this tick the publication stops if:
- the product has a restriction (eBay violation);
- the draft is out of stock (for a group, if all variants are out of stock);
- title, description or item specifics contain a word of the store's **Keyword Blacklist** with the **Block** action.

With the tick the draft is published anyway: use it only if you are sure eBay accepts the product.

## What happens next

"The draft publication has been started successfully." appears and the popup closes. Publication runs in the background: on the row, the green button is replaced by the progress and the row can't be opened. When it succeeds, the draft disappears from Drafts and becomes a listing in the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory) page.

To publish several drafts together use [Publish Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/publish-drafts); to publish at a future date use [Schedule Publication](https://docs.droopify.co/en/schedule-drafts-publication) or the **Other** section of the draft popup.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| A message in the popup | The publication didn't start and the popup stays open: try again; if it repeats, contact support |
| A reason in red under the row | The publication started but failed and the draft stays in Drafts: for example an out of stock or restricted product, a blocked word, no image large enough for eBay or a category to pick by hand. Fix the draft and publish it again ([Draft problems](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts-troubleshooting)) |
| **The draft or listing was not found. It may have been deleted: refresh the page and try again.** | The draft no longer exists: refresh the page |
