# Preferences & Tools

> Download the Chrome Extension and iOS App, choose how variants are shown, set up Droopify tracking codes conversion and Discord notifications.

The **Preferences & Tools** page in **Settings** gathers the tools to install and your preferences for tables, tracking codes conversion and notifications.

## Saving preferences

Every change is saved as soon as you make it and the message **Your preferences have been saved successfully.** appears. The **Reset to Default Settings** button of each panel resets only that panel. ## Tables

**View Variants as Groups** chooses how variants are shown in the [Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts) table:
- on: the variants of a product sit in a single row, the group;
- off (default): each variant has its own row.

## Tracking Codes Conversion

These settings apply to orders purchased on Amazon. Each conversion costs the credits shown next to the courier; if you don't have enough credits, the conversion does not happen and **You do not have enough credits to convert the tracking code.** appears. Credits balance and history are in [Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing).

| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| **Courier** | Courier used for converted codes. Today the only choice is **Aquiline Tracking** | Aquiline Tracking |
| **Convert only required tracking codes** | On: converts only the codes of shipments handled by Amazon and those of orders in **Manual Monitoring**; other codes go to eBay as they are. Off: converts every code | On |
| **Convert tracking codes before shipping** | On: Droopify creates the converted code and sends it to eBay even when the supplier has not provided a tracking number yet | Off |

The last two options can't be on at the same time. If you try to turn one on while the other is on, the option does not change and a message appears:

## Notifications

Choose which events send a notification to your Discord server:

| Checkbox | Event |
|---|---|
| **Listing Sold** | New order on eBay |
| **Cancellation Requested by Customer** | The customer asks to cancel an order |
| **Feedback Received** | The customer leaves feedback |
| **New Customer Message** | New message from a customer, also visible in [Direct Messages](https://docs.droopify.co/en/direct-messages) |

In the **Discord Webhook URL** field, paste the URL of the webhook created in your Discord channel settings. Without a URL you get no Discord notifications. **Reset to Default Settings** ticks every checkbox and clears the URL.
