The **Order Issues** page collects the eBay orders that have a cancellation, a return or a dispute, open or already closed.

## Issue types

| Type | When it appears | Details |
|---|---|---|
| **Cancellation** | The customer or you asked to cancel the order | [Cancellations](https://docs.droopify.co/en/cancellations) |
| **Return** | The customer asked to return the product | [Returns](https://docs.droopify.co/en/returns) |
| **Dispute** | The customer opened an "Item Not Received" inquiry or a case in the eBay Resolution Center | [Disputes](https://docs.droopify.co/en/disputes) |

Droopify reads issues from eBay automatically and updates them periodically: you don't have to add them yourself. An issue also appears when you set an order as **Cancelled**, **Returned** or **Dispute** from the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page: see [Cancelling an order](https://docs.droopify.co/en/cancel-order), [Set as Returned](https://docs.droopify.co/en/mark-order-as-returned) and [Set as Disputed](https://docs.droopify.co/en/mark-order-as-disputed).

Each order takes a single row. If an order has more than one issue, the row shows the most important one: first the dispute, then the return, then the cancellation.

## Issue statuses

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Unresolved** | The issue is open on eBay. A notice under the row explains what to do |
| **Resolved** | The issue is closed on eBay, or you marked it only on Droopify |

The number next to **Order Issues** in the menu counts the orders with an **Unresolved** issue in the visible eBay stores.

Droopify does not accept or decline requests for you: you reply on eBay, then the status updates by itself.

## Table columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Order** | Image and title of the product sold, with the custom tag if there is one |
| **Date** | Date you received the order |
| **Status** | Issue type (**Cancellation**, **Return**, **Dispute**) and status (**Unresolved** or **Resolved**) |
| **Region** | eBay region of the order |
| **Opened On** | Date the issue was opened |
| **Customer** | eBay username of the customer and shipping address |
| **Opened by** | Who opened the issue: **Customer**, **Seller** or **Unknown** |
| **Product ID** | eBay store that received the order: the name opens the listing on eBay |

## Filters and search

- The **Issue status** filter shows only **Unresolved** or only **Resolved** orders.
- Search works by **Order Title**, **Order ID**, **Customer Name** (the eBay username) or **Supplier PID**. The title can be partial; the other values must be typed in full.
- The **Date** column sorts the table; by default the most recent orders are at the top.
- The page only shows the visible eBay stores ([Introduction](https://docs.droopify.co/en/introduction)) and leaves out archived orders.

On the **Orders** page, when you filter by status, orders with an issue don't appear: look for them here.

## Row actions

| Action | What it does | Details |
|---|---|---|
| **View Order** (or a click on the row) | Opens the order details, the same as on the Orders page | [Order details](https://docs.droopify.co/en/view-order-details) |
| **Update** | Only on **Unresolved** issues: opens **Update from eBay** and reads the issue again from eBay right away | [Update from eBay](https://docs.droopify.co/en/refresh-order-issue) |

The page has no bulk actions.

To remove an issue from an order without resetting it, use the **X** in the status field on the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page: see [Clear Order Issues](https://docs.droopify.co/en/clear-order-issues). It isn't available on this page.
