# Manage the sponsorship of several listings

How to sponsor, update or remove the eBay sponsorship of several listings at once with the **Manage Sponsorship** popup.

## Before you start

- Tick the listings in the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory), or use **Select All** to take every listing matching search and filters, on other pages too.
- On eBay you must have accepted the promoted listings agreement.
- Sponsorship applies to whole listings, with all their variants. For a single listing see [Sponsor a listing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/sponsor-listings).

## Manage Sponsorship fields

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Sponsorship Type** | **Fixed**: the percentage stays the one you set. **Dynamic**: eBay adjusts the percentage to its suggestions, adding the adjustment percentage, with the sponsorship percentage as the maximum |
| **Sponsorship percentage** | Percentage of the price paid to eBay; at least 2% |
| **Adjustment percentage** | **Dynamic** only |

The fields are only used to sponsor: they don't matter for the removal.

## Sponsoring several listings

1. In the bar at the bottom click **Manage Sponsorship**.
2. Set the fields.
3. Click **Sponsor Listings**. Listings already sponsored take the new values.

"The sponsorship of the selected listings has been started successfully. This operation may take a few minutes." appears.

## Removing the sponsorship from several listings

1. In the bar at the bottom click **Manage Sponsorship**.
2. Click the red **Remove Sponsorship** button.

"The removal of sponsorship from the selected listings has been started successfully. This operation may take a few minutes." appears. Even after the removal a sale may show as sponsored: see [Remove a listing's sponsorship](https://docs.droopify.co/en/delete-sponsors).

## What happens next

- The rows stay greyed out until the operation is done; the outcome is in [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history).
- Sponsored listings show the **Sponsor** label and the **AD** line in the **Profit** column; after the removal they disappear.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| **The sponsorship percentage must be at least 2%.** | Enter a percentage of at least 2 |
| **The sponsorship percentage entered is not valid.** | Use values between 2 and 100 for the sponsorship and between 0 and 100 for the adjustment |
| **The selection is not valid. Select at least one item and try again.** | Select at least one listing |
| **One or more applied filters are not valid. Please reload the page and try again.** | Reload the page, apply the filters again and retry |
| **You need to accept the Promoted Listings User Agreement to create promoted listings. Please accept the agreement in your eBay store settings.** | Accept the agreement on eBay, then try again |
