# iOS App

The Droopify iOS App alerts you on your iPhone about sales, feedback and customer messages from your eBay stores, even when you are away from the computer.

## iOS App notifications

| Notification | When it arrives | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Listing sold | You receive a new order on eBay | Selling price and profit; tapping it opens the product on the supplier's website |
| Feedback received | A customer leaves feedback | Feedback type (positive, neutral, negative) |
| New customer message | A customer writes to you on eBay | The customer's eBay username and the start of the message |

Notifications arrive for all your connected eBay stores. Notification texts are in English.

## Choosing iOS App notifications

The boxes of the **Notifications** panel in **Settings** > [Preferences & Tools](https://docs.droopify.co/en/preferences-and-tools) work like this for the app:

| Box | Effect on the iOS App |
|---|---|
| **New Customer Message** | If you untick it, you no longer get message notifications, neither on the app nor on Discord |
| **Listing Sold** and **Feedback Received** | Only apply to Discord: on the app these notifications always arrive |
| **Cancellation Requested by Customer** | Does not affect the app: cancellation requests do not arrive as app notifications |

## What the iOS App does not do

The app is for receiving notifications: drafts, listings, orders and settings are managed from the Droopify dashboard. There is no Android app: on an Android phone use Droopify from the browser.

## Installing the iOS App

The app is not on the App Store: it is installed with TestFlight, Apple's app for preview applications. The procedure is in [How to install the iOS App](https://docs.droopify.co/en/how-to-install-ios-app); the install link is also in **Preferences & Tools**, **Tools** panel, **iOS App** entry, **Download now** button.
