# Inventory

> The Droopify Inventory lists the listings published on your eBay stores: columns, labels, search, filters, sorting and the actions you can take.

The Inventory lists the listings Droopify manages on the eBay stores you are viewing, with prices, profit, quantity and traffic.

## Table columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Product** | Image, title (or variant name) and labels of the listing |
| **Date** | Date the listing was published on eBay |
| **Region** | eBay region where the listing is on sale (e.g. IT, DE) |
| **DWS** | Days since the last sale; if the listing never sold, since publication |
| **MA** | **IMP** (impressions) and **VIEWS** of the listing in the last month, updated periodically |
| **Quantity** | **QTY** is the Default Quantity, **SOLD** the total units sold |
| **Price** | **BUY** is the Purchase Price from the supplier, including its shipping costs if any; **SELL** the price on eBay |
| **Profit** | Profit after eBay fees; the **AD** line appears when the listing is sponsored ([Sponsor a listing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/sponsor-listings)) |
| **Product ID** | **BUY** opens the product on the supplier's site, **SELL** opens the listing on eBay; the icon shows the store |

Listings with variants take a group row: opening it shows one row per variant.

## Labels and notices

Under the title you may see:

| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **AI** | Title, description or item specifics rewritten with **Improve with AI** |
| Grey label | The listing's custom tag |
| **Coupon**, **Discount**, **Multi-Quantity Discount** | Discounts active on the supplier's product |
| **Out of Stock** | The product is not available: the quantity on eBay is 0 ([Listing out of stock](https://docs.droopify.co/en/listing-out-of-stock)) |
| **Sponsor** | Percentage of the active sponsorship |

Under the row, red notices show: brands, products or words with an eBay restriction (the words are highlighted in the title), why the product is out of stock, monitoring you turned off, and errors returned by eBay.

## Search, filters and sorting

- **Search**: in the bar choose **Product Title** (at least 3 characters), **Listing ID** (at least 9) or **Supplier PID** (at least 5).
- **Filters**: in the bar choose **Use advanced filters**. You can filter by **Availability**, **Price**, **Profit**, **Date**, **Region**, **Default Quantity**, **Quantity Sold**, **Days without sales**, **Monthly Views**, **Monthly Impressions**, **Supplier**, **Violations** and **Custom tag**. For numbers pick **Equal to**, **Greater than** or **Less than**, then **Apply**; **Reset** clears every filter.
- **Quick filters**: **Out of stock products** and **Products with violations**.
- **Sorting**: click the header of **Date**, **DWS**, **MA**, **Price** or **Profit**. When the page opens the newest listings are on top.

## Selection and running operations

- Tick one or more rows: a bar appears with **Selected** and the bulk actions. **Select All** selects every listing matching search and filters, on other pages too. Changing search, filters or sorting clears the selection.
- While an operation is running on a listing, the row is greyed out and its buttons are disabled.
- The [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history) button shows the edits you started and their outcome; the table refreshes by itself when they finish.
- The Inventory only shows visible stores, chosen in **Switch eBay Stores** ([Switching visible stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/switch-ebay-stores)).
