# Introduction

> How the Droopify dashboard is laid out: side menu, header, profile menu, visible eBay stores and the alerts that appear when you log in.

The Droopify dashboard has a side menu on the left, a header at the top and, in the middle, the page you are using.

A number appears next to some items; it counts all your eBay stores (including the ones that aren't visible) and stops at 99:
- **Orders**: new orders you haven't seen yet;
- **Order Issues**: orders with an issue to solve;
- **Direct Messages**: unread messages;
- **Settings**: disconnected eBay stores and Amazon accounts to reconnect.

At the top of the menu you see **Welcome back**, your name and the icons of the visible eBay stores (up to three, then **+** and the number of the others): click them to open **Switch eBay Stores**. At the bottom, the **{plan_name} Plan** box shows your available **Credits** and your **Products**; **Upgrade Plan** opens the plans page ([Prices](https://docs.droopify.co/en/prices)).

Click the Droopify logo to shrink the menu to icons only, and click it again to expand it.

## Header and profile menu

On the left is the name of the open page. On the right are your photo, name and email: click them to open the profile menu.

| **Extra Credits** | Page to buy credits |

When you are using the account of another user who gave you access, a link-shaped icon appears next to your profile: click it to go back to your own account.

## Dashboard on a phone

The side menu is replaced by a bar at the bottom with **Home**, **Drafts**, **Inventory** and **Orders**. The profile menu opens from the icon on the left of the header and also contains **Switch eBay Stores**, **Offers**, **Direct Messages**, **Winning Products**, the **Settings** pages (including **Invite a Friend**), **Support** and **Documentation**. Tapping your name opens **Switch Droopify Account**.

## Alerts and news

Alerts appear in windows that open on their own when you come in; there is no notification list. If more than one is due, they open one after the other as you close them.
