# Improve a listing with AI

> Have AI rewrite the title, description and item specifics of a listing from the edit popup of the Droopify Inventory, paying with credits.

How to have AI rewrite the title, description and item specifics of a single listing, from its edit popup, and publish them on eBay.

## Before you start

- The **Improve with AI** button appears at the bottom of the edit popup only if AI is available for your account.
- The optimization is paid with credits: each operation costs the same number of credits, whatever fields you choose. The number is shown in the popup and on the confirm button. Credits are bought in [Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing).

## Confirm AI Optimization

1. In the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory) open the listing with the yellow **Edit** button or by clicking the row ([Edit a listing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-single-listing)).
2. Click **Improve with AI**: the popup becomes **Confirm AI Optimization**.
3. In **What do you want to make irresistible with AI?** choose at least one of **Title**, **Description** and **Item Specifics**. Droopify remembers your choice for next time.
4. Read the **Total cost** box and click **Confirm and pay N credits**. **Cancel** takes you back to the editor without paying.

The operation cannot be undone and credits are non-refundable.

## What happens next

- When AI is done you are back on the editor tabs: the new texts are already in the fields, with **(Edited)** and the AI icon next to the field name.
- The texts reach eBay only when you click **Save Changes**. If you close the popup without saving, the changes are lost but the credits stay spent.
- Before saving you can fix the generated texts by hand.
- After saving, the **AI** label appears under the listing title.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| **You do not have enough credits for the AI rewrite.** | Buy credits in [Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing), then try again |
| **The draft or listing was not found. It may have been deleted: refresh the page and try again.** | The listing is no longer in Droopify: refresh the page and check that it is still in the Inventory |
| Other error message | The rewrite failed: the fields stay unchanged. Try again later |
