For orders you buy from Amazon or AliExpress you don't need to mark the order as **Shipped** by hand: Droopify reads the tracking from the supplier, converts it to Aquiline Tracking and sends it to eBay by itself, but only if the order is linked with **Connect Order**.

## Why it shouldn't be marked by hand

With **Set as Shipped** the number you type goes to eBay as it is and the order stays **Not Monitored**. An Amazon order marked by hand with the **Amazon Logistics Europe** courier and an Amazon link as the number has a tracking that eBay doesn't accept: **Resolve Issue** appears under the order and the delivery doesn't show to the customer.

## How to fix it

1. Open the [order details](https://docs.droopify.co/en/view-order-details) and press **Reset Order**: the order goes back to **Pending** and the tracking numbers are removed. Nothing changes on eBay.
2. Press **Connect** on the order row and link the Amazon order, with **Automatic** or **Manual** monitoring.
3. From here Droopify follows the order: when it becomes **Shipped** it converts the number and sends it to eBay.
