What the **Orders** and **Ongoing Orders** panels of the Home show.

## Orders

Donut chart with the orders received in the data period ([Home](https://docs.droopify.co/en/home)), split by eBay marketplace (for example Italy, Germany, United States). Only deleted orders are left out.

- The chart always shows at least 4 marketplaces: those without orders appear with 0.
- If you have no orders yet, **No orders found** appears.

## Ongoing Orders

Donut chart with the orders not completed yet, split by status:

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Pending** | Order received on eBay, not yet purchased from the supplier |
| **Ordered** | Purchased from the supplier, not shipped yet |
| **Shipped** | On its way to the customer |
| **Supplier Error** | A problem with the order at the supplier, for example a return to its warehouse: check the order in the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page |

This panel leaves out delivered, cancelled and deleted orders, and orders with a cancellation request, a return or a dispute, even if already closed. The full meaning of each status is in [Order statuses](https://docs.droopify.co/en/order-statuses).
