# Exporting your data

> How to download the credits history, inventory listings and orders as CSV from Droopify Profile & Billing, and what each file contains.

The **Export Data** panel in **Profile & Billing** downloads your data as a CSV file, to open with Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

## Downloading a file

1. In **Settings** open **Profile & Billing**.
2. In the **Export Data** panel choose what to download: **Credits**, **Inventory Listings** or **Orders**.
3. Click **Download Now** on the chosen row.

The browser downloads the file and **Your CSV file has been generated successfully.** appears. If something goes wrong an error message appears: try again in a moment.

## Credits

File `credits_history.csv`: all the movements of your credits, the same as in the [Credits History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/credits).

| `Date` | Date of the movement |
| `Amount` | Credits spent or added |
| `Type` | Type of movement |
| `BalanceBefore`, `BalanceAfter` | Balance before and after the movement |
| `OriginalTrackingCode`, `Courier`, `ConvertedTrackingCode` | For conversions: original tracking number, courier and converted number |

## Inventory Listings

File `listings.csv`: the listings published on eBay in all your stores, including the ones that are not visible, both from [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory) and from [Untracked Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/untracked-inventory). It does not contain drafts.

| `Region` | eBay region |
| `Date` | Publication date |
| `ListingId` | eBay listing ID |
| `SellPrice`, `Currency` | Price on eBay and currency |
| `Stock` | Quantity for sale: the **Default Quantity** if the product is in stock, 0 if it is out of stock |

## Orders

File `orders.csv`: the orders of all your eBay stores, newest first ([Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders)).

| `Region` | eBay region |
| `BuyerID` | eBay username of the customer |
| `ShippingAddress` | Shipping address |
| `BuyPrice`, `SellPrice`, `Profit` | Purchase price, selling price and profit |
| `Quantity`, `Currency` | Quantity and currency |

Column names and status values are in English in both dashboard languages.

> The orders file contains your customers' names and addresses: keep it safe and don't share it.
