How to use the **Keywords** tab of an eBay store's settings to block or clean up drafts that contain unwanted words.

The tab opens from **eBay Stores** > **Edit** > region > supplier > **Keywords** ([eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account)). The list applies only to that region and supplier.

## Keyword Blacklist

The **Keyword Blacklist** list holds the words Droopify looks for in the product title, description and item specifics when it creates a draft. Each word has an action:

| Action | What happens when the word is found |
|---|---|
| **Block draft creation** (shown as **Block** in the list) | The draft is not created |
| **Remove the keyword from the text** (shown as **Remove** in the list) | The draft is created without that word in the title, description and item specifics |

If the list is empty, **No keywords in the blacklist** appears. Keywords apply to drafts created after saving: existing drafts and listings don't change.

## Adding keywords

Click **Add Keywords** to enter one or more words with the same action. The procedure is in [Add or edit keywords](https://docs.droopify.co/en/add-blacklist-keywords).

## Editing or deleting a keyword

- To edit it, click **Edit keyword** on the row: see [Add or edit keywords](https://docs.droopify.co/en/add-blacklist-keywords).
- To delete it, click **Delete keyword** on the row: **Keyword deleted. Remember to save your changes.** appears.
- **Delete All Keywords** empties the list, without asking for confirmation.

After every change click **Save Changes**: until you do, the list is not saved.

If you close the popup without saving, the list goes back to how it was.
