# General store settings

What the **General** and **Artificial Intelligence** tabs do in the settings of an eBay store, for one region and supplier.

They open from **eBay Stores** > **Edit** > region > supplier and are saved with **Save Changes** ([eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account)). Values apply only to that region and supplier, except where "whole store" is stated. The **Keywords** tab is described in [Keyword Blacklist](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-store-keywords).

## General

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Profile Image Color** | Background colour of the store initials in Droopify. Shown only if the store has no profile picture; applies to the whole store |
| **Account Type** | **Private** or **Business**. Applies to the whole store and changes how eBay fees, and therefore prices, are calculated. Droopify compares it with the account type on eBay and saves it only if they match |
| **Automatic order** | Automatically purchases from the supplier the orders received for this region and supplier (see below) |
| **Create drafts only for unique products** | Creates drafts only for products not already in your eBay stores. Applies to the whole store |
| **Always create all variants** | Automatically creates drafts for all product variants |
| **Create drafts only for EU GPSR compliant products** | Creates drafts only for products with the information GPSR requires |
| **Minimum price to create drafts** / **Maximum price to create drafts** | Creates drafts only for products whose purchase price is within these limits |
| **Remove brand from title** | Removes the brand from the draft title |
| **Smart title optimization** | Optimizes the title; when off, the title is cut to 80 characters |
| **Uppercase title** / **Uppercase description** | Writes the draft title or description entirely in uppercase |
| **Duplicate product images** | Repeats the product images up to the maximum eBay allows |
| **Use template for description** | Uses the selected template as the description ([Templates](https://docs.droopify.co/en/templates)) |
| **Use product ID as SKU** | The supplier product ID becomes the eBay listing SKU |
| **Enable buyer offers** | Customers can send you offers on your listings; when you save, the choice is also applied to the listings of that region and supplier |

## Automatic order

With **Automatic order** on, orders received on eBay for this region and supplier are automatically purchased from the supplier and set as monitored a few minutes after the sale (the tab says 5-15 minutes).

- You need a connected, enabled supplier account for that supplier: Amazon or AliExpress ([Supplier Accounts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/supplier-accounts)).
- How many automatic orders each account can place per day and what loss to accept is set in the supplier account: [Edit a supplier account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-supplier-account).
- The switch must be turned on separately for each region and supplier: for example eBay Italy with Amazon and eBay Italy with AliExpress.
- With the switch off, orders stay to be purchased: you can do it from the Orders page ([Purchase Product](https://docs.droopify.co/en/fulfill-order)).

## Artificial Intelligence

| **Automatic AI optimization** | Rewrites with AI every new draft created for this region and supplier |
| **What do you want to optimize automatically?** | Choose among **Title**, **Description** and **Item Specifics** |
| **Custom prompt** | Your own instructions for the AI (tone, style), up to 500 characters |

Each optimization costs credits per product, whatever fields you pick: the cost is shown in the tab. If the prompt is too long, **The custom AI prompt is too long.** appears.
